Overall supervision of the branch activities.
Mail treatment, dispute resolution.
Managing the branch account and ensuring proper accounting.
Inventory control and stock control.
Ingesting orders from the warehouse and customer’s.
Relating and reporting to the head office as regards branch activities.
Managing customer’s complains and challenges.
Ensuring staff’s compliance(accountant, admin, inventory officer, office assistance, driver’s ,dispatcher’s, securities and cleaner’s) with the rule’s ,regulation’s and standard set in order to achieve organizational objective’s.
Human resource / Administrative role
I serve as the main point of contact for general HR enquiries from both internal and external customers, referring queries where necessary to the appropriate member of the team.
Administration of any training course for staff and support the talent manager with running any in house training session.
Liaising with relevant departments, in order to manage the stock in the store and ensuring we have the correct stock level.
Administering the process for recruitment and selection, in particular:
Check applicants prior to the short listing process; organize interviews for short listed applicant, completion of employment process for preferred candidates.
Supervises and assists in the direction of major department; assist a senior official in the development of operating procedures; confers with him on matters affecting personnel, policy and other administrative problems; makes complex operational decisions; supervises a number of subordinate staff
